Mind Over Matter - Manifesting your dreams

Here are some tips on how to become an active and conscious manifester in your life. We, as human beings, are constantly manifesting. The power to manifest is already part of you. It is your being. As humans, we manifest through our physical being, our mental being, and our soul. The tools we use are our thoughts, words, and actions. We manifest in our lives what we focus on. In most people’s cases, manifestation occurs passively and unconsciously; they are victims of how their unconscious thoughts and words manifest in their lives. It is very important for us who want to be conscious manifesters to realize what we are focusing on, consciously and unconsciously, and to know how to directly engage our thoughts, words and actions in order to work more productively to create our heart’s desires. You can become more aware by following these simple steps and directly involved in manifesting your goals and dreams. If you are a helping professional, such as a therapist, coach or hypnotherapist, you can help your clients manifest their life goals using this process, but also use it for yourself.

1. Choose a goal to manifest.

Make sure that your goal is your own, that it corresponds to your own desires and who you are as a person. It won’t work, for example, if you try to manifest your parents’ goals for you to become a politician when you really want to be a dancer. You and only you can decide if that goal is really important and valuable.

2. The importance of manifesting with intention.

Make sure your goal is toward what you want, not what you don’t want. Be specific about the details or qualities of what you want. Brainstorm and make a list of those details.

3. Reinforce with affirmations.

Write an affirmation that captures the details of your goal. Be positive. Use the present tense. Tell yourself it comes at the right time and for the greater good. Give the statement some “juice” or emotion. Example: “I love public speaking and inspiring hundreds of people.

4. Do a “body check.”

Say your affirmation out loud and feel it in your body. Make sure it feels right and important, especially in your heart chakra. If it doesn’t, keep working on the details until it does.

You may realize limiting beliefs, unconscious attitudes, or negative self-talk that need to be eliminated. A muscle test can check for psychological reversal. Inner work with EFT or hypnotherapy may be necessary to clear unconscious blocks.

5. Engage the unconscious.

Using hypnosis and creative visualization techniques, close your eyes and say the affirmation. Allow yourself to experience being your future self, the person who has already manifested the goal. Awaken all of your inner senses and experience what you feel, see, hear, feel, think and taste and smell. Associate yourself with the experience as fully as possible. The unconscious mind is now engaged in the manifestation process! Use the hypnotic skill rehearsal techniques to be in the moment the person who has already manifested their goal.

6. Anchor your goal.

Choose a word, phrase, image, or feeling that comes to you in a trance that will be your anchor to reinforce the positive experience of entering your future self.

7. Give it substance.

Make a drawing, sandbox, photo, find a symbol or make a collage of whatever you want. Keep it in view of your daily activities. What color(s) represents the essence of your goal? When you think about your goal, you can use your anchors and place a large ball of energy in the color of your goal over your head. Allow the color and feelings of energy to move through your aura and body to give it the space to manifest through you and into your life.

8. Let go.

Now release that color or feeling through your solar plexus. Surrender it to the Universe. Letting go is very important in the manifestation process. As part of the energetic mechanics of life, the vibration of your thoughts and words has been released and broadcast into the universe so that it can attract to you the opportunities and what you need. Be where you are right now. Know that what is in this moment is perfect and right.

9. Know that this is reality.

There is no time in the mind. However, it takes time for goals to manifest in the reality of the physical plane. Know that your goal will manifest at the time and in the manner that is most convenient for you. The law of cause and effect is in action. “Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find, Knock and we shall open it to you.” Manifestation is a process that takes time. You can support it by acting as if you already have what you want. Validate even the smallest steps.

10. Take action.

Manifestation is a process. Give attention to your manifestation process. Every day, make your goal a reality. The universe will give you signs along how will lead you on the path to manifestation. Stay alert to the opportunities that present themselves. Use your intuition and explore the opportunities that catch your eye. Follow the cosmic “tracks” that present themselves. Take part in your life as part of the process. Stay receptive to opportunities that present themselves in surprising ways. Work with your affirmation daily. Write it down and put it in a prominent place so you can see it as you do your daily routines. Stop any negative language or limiting thoughts. Use EFT and hypnotherapy to remove any negative programming that arises.

11. Give thanks.

Hold gratitude in your heart for the abundance of the universe and the knowledge that you are manifesting opportunities and exactly what you need for your purpose to manifest. Celebrate and appreciate the process.

12. Use your other resources.

Once you get started, you can see the “obstacles” as opportunities for self-navigation and getting back on track. Use the manifestation process as an opportunity to flush out blocks or unconscious beliefs. Use transformative tools such as hypnosis or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to clear these blocks. The process of conscious manifestation will refine your soul and spirit and keep your ego in check! Conscious manifestation is one tool of the spiritual master.
