In order to manifest your visions, you must devote your attention to the right places. In everyday life, our attention is scattered. We worry about our bills, whether we can get the kids to school on time, whether we’re going to get a promotion, and dozens of other things, all at once. This is the Beta mindset: the everyday mindset, perfect for multitasking.
But - Beta is bad for manifestation, because your attention is too scattered. If you’ve tried using a technique like affirmations to manifest, it’s hard to get your affirmations to create your dreams in a Beta mindset. Your affirmations have no power.
You can create anything you choose to manifest. Indeed, you can create something out of nothing. You are already manifesting the life and circumstances that currently surround you. You can change those circumstances and manifest something different. All it takes is a secret ingredient.
The secret ingredient of manifestation is meditation. When you meditate, you find it is easy to manifest exactly what you want, because your attention has only one point: they focused it like a laser beam. When your attention is focused, what we focus it on manifests, and often faster than you think.
In just ten minutes a day, or two a day, if you want to, you can change your life. You can manifest anything you really want. This statement may seem like an exaggeration, but it’s very easy to verify for yourself. After all, anyone can have ten minutes a day.
Manifest what you really want
You may have tried affirmations to manifest a new car, a job, or a better relationship. Then, when nothing changed, you stopped, convinced that affirmations were useless. Affirmations work. However, they work when you are in a state of acceptance and meditation when you repeat your affirmations, because in this state you are much more powerful - your attention is focused.
When you begin the manifestation process through meditation, you are working with yourself rather than against yourself. Experienced meditators say that they know when what they want is on its way to them: there is a “click,” a feeling of connection. When this connection occurs, they know nothing can stop their desire from manifesting. This connection always happens in a meditative state.
Ten minutes a day for seven days
This manifestation meditation takes only ten minutes a day for seven days.
To enhance the process, you can make the meditation easier by using a brain sync program. Simply listen to the program of your choice and you will naturally enter a meditative state. You will find some recommendations at the end of this article.
In just ten minutes a day, not only will you discover what you really want, but you’ll also make the connection that lets you know that what you want is on its way to you.
Here we go: seven days to manifest your dreams.
Step One: Emptiness and Compassionate Silence
In this manifestation process, you begin with relaxation, silence, and total acceptance. In this silence, over the next few days, you find that your genuine desires will come to you. So, for today’s meditation, relax, focus on your breathing, and let go.
Ideally, you’ll listen to a Brain Sync program while you meditate, as you’ll be able to reach the Alpha and Theta states of mind more easily. Put on your headphones and sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your spine straight and relax.
Once you are completely relaxed and your mind is calm, think of a being or force that you associate with compassion. It may be a spiritual figure, a place in nature, the earth or the stars. Think of this being or place and allow yourself to feel the compassion and kindness offered to you.
Enjoy this compassionate presence for a few minutes.
Step Two: Intuition and Ideas
Today, relax and become completely at ease again, and let your mind go blank. If you are using a Brain Sync program, put on your headphones and let the program transport you into Alpha and Theta.
Gradually, the silence will envelop you. Then ask your compassionate being to grant you its kindness again - or allow yourself to feel that kindness from nature.
Now think about what you want to manifest. You may know what it is, but don’t be surprised if you consider something completely different that you want to manifest.
Take a deep breath. Relax. If you feel yourself getting uncomfortable, just focus on your breathing for a while, and listen to the music in your program. Sometimes you are so attached to your desires that it makes you uncomfortable.
Observe synchronicity in your daily life
We are all intuitive, but sometimes we stifle our intuition. Your daily meditations will lead you to encounter synchronicities in your daily life. Note these events as they occur. They are a sign that you have made a connection, that your meditation is working.
Step Three: Expression
In today’s meditation, re-access the silence and compassionate state. Allow yourself to relax completely, to feel happy and serene. You may smile during your meditation.
If you have decided what you want to manifest, say it out loud, if you are alone, or silently if you are not: “I want to manifest a new car”; “I want to manifest a new job, with a salary 25% higher than what I am making now”; or “I want a new relationship - I want to find my soul mate”.
Step Four: Emotion
In today’s meditation, access silence and compassionate states again. State your desire for manifestation as if you already have what you want. Yesterday you made the connection, and what you want is already yours - it is completely yours, so state it this way: “I now have my wonderful new car”; “I love my new job, with my improved salary”; “I have found my soul mate, and life is wonderful”.
Allow yourself to feel happy and grateful that you have what you want. Thank God that what you asked for has already been given to you.
At the end of your meditation, you may feel an impulse to do something - make a phone call or talk to someone. This impulse comes without emotion. It is your intuition at work. Your meditations has triggered it and will help you manifest.
Step Five: Will
Today, you will activate your will in your meditation. Your will is not what they commonly called the will to power, that do or die feeling. Your will is decision and acceptance. It is not so much an emotion as a feeling - a sensation - of inevitability.
Access silence and compassionate states again as you did before. And again, state your desire for manifestation as if you already have it. Say, “I now have my wonderful new car”; “I love my new job, with my improved salary”; “I have found myself with my soul mate, and life is wonderful.”
Now access your will, which is centered in your hara.
In martial arts, the source of your will and power is your hara, a point inside your body about two inches below your navel. It is also called the dan tien. It is an important focus of chi, the life energy in your body. Imagine this point in your body as a small area of glowing light, like the flame of a candle, or a shiny golden ball.
Notice the bodily sensations you experience in your hara. Don’t change them, just notice any tension or other sensations. Then allow the restrictions you have there to relax and allow the energy in your hara center to flow up your spine and out the top of your head.
Step Six: Imagination
Begin today’s meditation as you normally would. Access silence and compassionate states again. Then state your desire for manifestation, as if you already have what you want. Feel happy and grateful for your new life - for the manifestation that is already yours.
Shift your attention to your hara. Imagine the light in your hara, and feel the sensations. Let the energy in your hara flow up your spine and out the top of your head.
As you release this energy, imagine your manifestation - imagine it in any way you can, whether it’s visual images, sounds, feelings. Imagine your new life, with your manifestation as part of it. Imagine the events with images and sounds. What does your family think of your manifestation?
Step Seven: Manifestation
Today, your manifestation process is complete. Whether you consciously realize it, your manifestation is underway.
In today’s meditation, follow the same process you have been following for the past few days. Here it is in brief, so you can memorize it:
1. Silence and compassionate acceptance;
2. Express: speak your manifestation out loud, or silently, and feel the emotion of its fulfillment;
3. Feel the energy of your will in your hara, and allow it to move up and out of your body. 4 ;
Imagine your life with the completed manifestation.
